Keys are available immediately after the order is processed. If you pay by a credit / debit card or other online payment method, you can start using the program right away. If you have not received a key or if you have lost the key that was sent to you earlier, click here. If you provided incorrect email address or if your email address has changed and you can not get the key to your new address, contact support directly below.
If you have a question about a particular software title, please visit its webpage first, there you can find links to online documentation and support public forum where you can search for information or ask your question. It is much better to ask your question via a public forum because: (a) you can see the reply to your question both via the web site and email and your message and/or our response will not be deleted by an antispam filter either on our or your side, which happens sometimes and (b) it may interest / benefit other people as well and they may post their thoughts on the topic and give both of us some valuable input on the matter. We have a policy of free upgrades for 1 or 2 years since the purchase date (the exact term for each software title is in the EULA, if it is not mentioned explicitly, then two years is assumed). This policy covers both minor and *major* upgrades. To find out if a new version has been released you can visit the home page which has the latest news, or the web page of the specific product. If a newer version of the software you bought is released, then you can upgrade it by downloading and installing the latest version from our web site. If your software title has a separate download link for the full version, then you need to use the link provided to you on purchase to download the latest version.
If the new version is compatible with the old one, it will install over it. If they are not compatible, then the new version will try to install as a separate product, keeping the old version. If after the installation of the upgrade the program says it is not registered, it is because format of the key is not compatible with the old one. You need to visit the Resend Key page and a new compatible key will be sent to you.
