END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR ZZEE ZZGrid SOFTWARE ========================================================== By installing, copying, or otherwise using ZZEE ZZGrid software (the Software Product), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the Software. This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ZZEE TOOLS Corporation (ZZEE) for the Software Product. Terms ***** The Product can solely be used to implement data grids on websites, intranet applications or programs with HTML interface (HTAs) that belong to the person or entity that has obtained the license to use the Product. It may not be used on any third party websites, intranets or HTAs. You will not get ownership of the code, redistribution rights, and other intellectual property rights for the Software. The Product may not be used in products or websites which have substantially the same functionality as the Software, it can not be used in a library or grid development tool, or any other product that can create a competition for the Software. Other than implementing grids on websites or HTAs, you may not distribute the Product or its parts to any party by any means, including, but not limited to, networks, electronic storage media or hard copies. You may not modify any of the Javascript files that come with the Software. You may not remove any copyright notice from any file. You may not include code from the Javascript or CSS files of the Software into other files, you may include them only via file linking. You may not rename any Javascript or CSS file of the Software. Free version for non-commercial use *********************************** The Software can be used for free on a personal or non-profit websites only. You must obtain the commercial license to use the Software on an intranet or in an any software application. You must obtain the commercial license to use the Software on any website that belongs to any corporation or other entity, or website that takes any fee in any form from its users, sells anything or displays advertising, or created for any other money-making activity. Non transferable **************** The license to use the Software is non transferable. You may not resell, rent or otherwise transfer the license for the Software to any other third party. Non refundable ************** Orders are non-refundable. Before you order, download and try the Software and see if it meets your requirements. Product delivery **************** The Product is delivered electronically. The Software can be downloaded from our web site. Upgrade policy ************** You are eligible for free upgrades for one year after the date of purchase. The availability of new versions is not guaranteed. Support ******* You are eligible for free support for the Software for one year after the date of purchase. Support is performed via our web site and/or email, other forms of support (including over phone) are not included into this license. Support for the Free version is not guaranteed. Privacy ******* We do not disclose your personal data or send any unsolicited email messages. If you would like to hear about updates and news, subscribe to our mailing list.
